AVIVA BAA to Replace BPA?

I have not really looked into them but I think they are very similar 4% FE rider and 8% income.

I think they did away with the 6yr product though as the BAA seems to only be an 8yr & 12yr.

April 16th is the last day to submitt BPa unless the BAA isnt approved in your state.

Can you tell me more about this BPA. It is going away? I have a client in KY that can not decide between the BPA or the Aviva. Any info. would be great.

Thanks,

It is my understanding when the new product is approved in a state the old product is no longer available in that state.

As I wrote earlier 4/16 is the last day for BPA apps IF the BAA is approved in your state.

The BPA is the same the multichoice income xtra, Not sure what product your reffering to as the "aviva" product since they all are under the "aviva" umbrella then either Amerus, Anexxus, AIL.
