AZ Contractor Work Comp

Besides NCCI assigned risk, any ideas on a contractor with one year prior being non renewed for one claim.
I have apps into Appalachian and Fast Comp.
Just got my non renewal notice on this one and have 30 days to place. HVAC is the risk.....

Much appreciate any ideas.
