Back End Office Broker for P&C

Is there any broker for P&C business, who can work as back-end office for the agents and share the commission, just like EFinancial or Nat Brok for the life business.

I know there are brokers who provide access to the market, but they dont do any back end office work. I'm looking for someone, where I make the sale; transfer the case to them and they take care of everything from that point.

Local agencies may do that. We'll do it with a few life agents, and we pay them 40% for as long as stays on our book.So I recommend to look for an agency in your area that you can work with.
