Has anyone thought about the fact that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama will be the only company with plans on the Alabama health exchange? They do not appoint independent agents to sell their products through the exchange. So all the people who will be losing their coverage with UHC and Humana will be looking for new coverage. Only BCBS agents and Alfa agents (captive with bcbs) can assist them. Does anyone else find this unsettling?
