Is their anyway besides going into each individual file and see who has paid and who hasn't. My main concern is my new client because on the 1st bill they have 30 days and then bcbs will cancel.
 
I'm in Texas, but we use the same Hallmark system.

And the answer is "no"

Here is the best part...you can't use the front screen. If its a subsidy client and BCBS has received the subsidy, it will show paid thru 1/31 or 2/28. Even if the client hasn't paid their portion of the premium. You have to go into the policy detail and paid to info on EVERY client.

Thanks a lot for this BCBS info KGMom. That explains why the Paid-To date and status shown on the list of On-Exchange clients rarely matches what you see when viewing premiums shown on the client's individual detail page.

I'm also seeing instances where the main list indicates that certain clients haven't paid a dime, but upon inspection of their detail, the entire premium (govt + insured) was paid days or weeks prior.
