BCBSTX Family Apps with Uninsurable Kids

Do any TX agents out there know if you write a bx app, with a declinable child---if bx will withdraw comp for the entire app?

Also, does anyone know of any carriers that will pay full comp on the rest of the family, even if there is one uninsurable child on the app?

We have not yet come across this problem.

At the moment they do split the apps if someone is declinable then pay full commission on the deal.
