Beating a Birthday (price Hike)

Hello good people of the Forum ;)

May be a silly question however
I have a client whose birthday is in 2 days

I sold her a final expense policy over the phone and am going to send for her wet signature via overnight mail

Lovely lady. Its a few bucks difference between now and then however I would like to lock her in to the price she would get today as a 74 year old.

Is there a way to ensure she gets the rate of a 74 year old healthy woman as opposed to 75 in the event the whole process takes a few days longer than expected?

If it matters, she's going with Forethought. Thank you!

Couple of things. Date the app for date that is before her birthday and request that day as the issue and effective date. Why did you mail out an application when Forethought has a voice signature?

Thank you kindly

I am not familiar with Forethought's voice signature. I've looked throughout the site, signed in and see nothing about it mentioned at all. I will give them a call tomorrow and see what they say

Once again thanks!

I meant to update this

When I called Forethought they told me there is no voice signature available to agents
and that there are 3 to 4 call centers max that do this - but thats it

Straight from Forethought customer service..

Sorry for any confusion I may have created, I thought this was something that was available to everyone. Guess that may not be the case.

Last pos I did which was last week, they asked me if the app was being done with a voice signature. So it must be available to agents.

No worries 360

And Senior-advisor
ditto - I will try again and try to reach a different rep to ask but even when I sign onto Forethoughts website, I don't see a mention of this option the way Forester's has it all laid out

That would be so handy in my arsenal man :-/

Just ask the compoany to date the policy issue to "save age". She will have to pay premiums from that date but it's a simple process and every company has a procedure in place to save age.
