As a new agent how have many of you successfully gotten to the point where you were able to start selling 10,000 AP a month consistently.

Breaking down #of leads purchased per week (if any), time in the field, referrals, and how long it took you to get to the point where you were able to do so.

$10,000 per month is only $2500 per week. You should easily be hitting that with 20 direct mail leads weekly. Most agents that take to this business get up to speed quickly. It doesn't take months and months of practice to have a $10,000 month. That should come pretty quickly if you are working.

Our agents generally are in the field Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. They set appointments on Saturday to stack their day Monday. They call on Tuesday to set appointments for Wednesday. If they haven't hit their weekly goal on Wednesday they go back out Thursday and that's usually door knocking day for people who wouldn't set appointments.

Very few of our guys working direct mail leads and selling this way would not hit a minimum of $2500 weekly. Most are setting their weekly goal at $4000 weekly and a whole lot of them way overshoot that goal. Most weeks one or more of them will have a $10,000 week.
