I am about to start in the life insurance business next week and I was looking for some successful ideas to market to business owners. I was going to get a list of my target market and was hoping someone can give me a catchy "punchline" or phone approach to quickly grab their attention and book the appt. I appreciate it
 
Keep really good notes. You might find that on the first call to a prospective business that you will not be connected to the decision maker that you need to speak with. However when the gatekeeper tells you that so and so is not available jot their name down and that way next time you call you can ask for that person by name. Also ask when they will take bids for their benefits, and call about 6-8 weeks ahead of time so you can get in there. Good luck.
