I'm biased on this, but there is not a better FE program out there for the fulltime FE agent than EFES.
Sounds exactly like what you are looking for. They have the best, in my opinion, lead program available. Protected areas, steady lead flow, set costs that can be lowered by production. Excellent support for new agents as well as experienced agents. Every manager has a ride along program if you want/need that. Every manager has a weekly training call. EFES has two agent wide calls per week. The EFES University has all the plug and learn calls archived as well as almost every top agent's presentation and procedures. There is step by step guidelines for appointment setting, door knocking, making presentations, product education and updates. You name it, it's available through EFES.
I'm not sure what you mean by "good structure for recruiting". If you are talking about a system for youi to go to work for them, they have that covered. Several different start up packages. If yopu are talking about bringing in recruits under you, they do have a system for that and many take advantage of that. I think that's one area they fall short in having a way for an agent to bring in agents at a good commission and be able to make money. Some of the recruiters there would probably disagree with me on that, but I see that as a downside to EFES.
If an agent can't make it in FE at EFES, they just can't make it in FE. You have been given advice to contact Todd King. That's another good choice. I don't much about Todd King except from this forum and by reputation. His reputation is sterling. You would need to talk with him to see if what he offers is what you are looking for.
Securus has become a pretty big player in FE as an IMO/FMO. I don't know how they are for new agents, but I know some experienced agents that are killing it there. The only real downside to Securus that I'm aware of is that you have to pay for the leads before you get them. Their model from bringing in recruits under you seems to be better than what EFES offers.
