Best W2 Captive Company to work for?

Hello all,

I currently work as a captive agent for a well known, national, Non-Standard Auto Insurance Carrier. I've been there for a few years now and I'm ready for a change.
I'm sick and tired of quoting the typical non-standard "customer".
I'm looking to change companies but I need some help deciding who would be the best company to work for.
-I'm looking for a full time position, w2 with hourly pay + commissions and health insurance benefits.
-I'm licensed in both P&C and Life & Health.
-Also I want to get away from Non-Standard insurance.
-Currently I take inbound calls exclusively in a "call center"(we all work from home now).
-Working from home is a plus

I am not in the position financially to go independent.

I have sold both P&C (currently) and Life Insurance in the past.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

I am in the same position as you are and over 26 years selling for the same company. I am burned out by all the metrics and looking for a change. PM me and we can compare notes.
