Black Topping/Paving & Snowplow CGL/BOP Package

Im trying to find a good market for a blacktopping/paving company that also does snow removal in NY. Im kind of looking for someone who has a great market for this, not just "a market." I have "markets" for this just tired of getting beat by the big dogs. Im trying to become a big dog in commercial insurance and have lost several large policies because I don't have direct access to these companies that they have.
