Bravo Aquired by HealthSpring

Bravo has been purchased by HealthSpring for $545 million. According to the HealthSpring CEO this will create the largest company in the country focusing exclusively on the Medicare Advantage population. The prescription plan will be the 9th largest in the country. Bravo has a expanded in Philadelphia since Keystone and Aetna have restructured their MA plans in such a way that many subscribers dropped those two carriers.

Bravo is a major carrier for my group, a lot of residuals tied up with them.
Anyone have thoughts on Healthspring? Track record from agents perspective??
