Broker Office Costs?

Hey guys and gals,

I am looking into changing to Norvax/Broker Office to manage leads and create proposals all in one spot.

I was told it is $200 a month. Is that what you guys are paying? Seemed a bit high to me.

It should be $300 setup fee and $100 per month unless you have them design your website and host it; then the cost might be $200+/month.

the monthly cost will depend on how many states and what upgrades you are considering. I have heard of brokers paying as little as $75/mo.

I'm paying $175/month including the autoresponder. Without the autoresponder would be $125/month. The autoresponder is well worth the money.

Autoresponder (if bought separately): $500 set up / $100 monthly fee additional on top of the above price

**You can package together for $600 set up and $200 monthly fee (discount for bundling together)***

How are some of you getting it for less? I guess you can negotiate? Are you guys using the autoresponder? Is it worth the extra $100 a month? Thanks in advance.

The autoresponder should only be $50/month. Tell them you will give them no set-up fee and $125/month for both Broker Office and the autoresponder, then see how they respond....on that note, I just got another case yesterday off the autoresponder from a lead that came in last October.
