IRS says it may take your tax refund if you do not buy health insurance. This is nice and unconstitutional! Worthless GOP's will not repeal the bill either it looks like.

Subsidies are not permanent. Business subsidies are due to expire in 2015 any way.

In some states small amounts or gifts of nominal value is completely legal. The issue of "rebating" tied to a sale is state specific.

Rebating is LEGAL in California (although discouraged), although this does not really constitute rebating. Nominal gift under $25 is ok out here as well.

There was a guy who ran a site for a while out here that was a direct rebate site for insurance. Not sure whatever happened to that guy.
