CA BOP Beauty Spa Independent Contractor Question

Hi, I hope I am in the right place. Tried to do a search for old threads. I currently have a BOP policy on a beauty spa in California. I also have the owner's employees on a workers comp. She just brought in a couple of independent contractors (hair stylists) that rent closed cubicles. How should I cover them and their possible liabilities and protect the spa owner? Their equipment if any? Separate policies? Attach to the existing BOP? Thank you for your help.

They need a contract that spells out they are independent contractor and they are responsible for their own tools and hours. This is very crucial to the worker comp board and to the insurance.

they can also request that they buy professional liability and possible gl with spa owner as AI, but usually its hard to get gl for a cubicle in a shared store.
