Can anyone Insure U?

Just a wag, but I would guess you need to be an NAIC member. The meeting should be informative, not "salesy". Your materials (if using anything other than NAIC approved powerpoint, etc.) would require prior approval.

Of course you could always ask NAIC and get the real answer . . .

I have sent clients to the site before, but guess what? Most consumers find insurance matters so boring they won't follow through. Same is true when it comes to educating them on ways to save money on premiums & health care.

They are just lazy.

Paul (M&M) and Marc (Hart) have done business meeting presentations. You might ask them what material they use. Probably just as effective if not more so and doesn't require you to jump through hoops with NAIC.
