I am licensed to Sell Fixed Rate Annuities as well as Life and Health Policies.

Is it legal for me to approach Dr's at their offices to sell them Life or Annuity Products?

Yes it is legal to sell your products to Drs, and yes it is legal to sell it to them at their place of business. You just need to be able to get in.

Legal, sure. Effective, probably not.

The odds of getting past the gatekeeper is extremely remote.

Haha...some of you guys are cute (not funny but cute).

The Reason i asked is the YOU DON'T KNOW what is legal in this country anymore.

We got More Laws on the Books than ever before...so much so that even regulators know very little about the Laws that govern their own industry.

I would check with Pre-Paid Legal before I would venture to contact doctors or anyone else for that matter about selling insurance and/or annuities! It could save you a lot of grief....and money.

All I can say is that if you are green enough to ask that question do you think you will be effective in selling to doctors who as a rule are hard to see?
