Can You Door Knock Telemarketed Leads???

I just recieved my first batch of telemarketed leads and was wondering if anybody has door knocked them before. I haven't worked them before so i dont know what to expect. Can someone pls shed some light.

Why not call 1/2 of them and door knock the other 1/2 to see which way works best for you?
 
my phone skills are lacking. Im not comfortable on the phone at all. It just seems like i can never gain control of the conversation over the phone.
 
No reason to not door knock them. When I was running lead cards I would call them three times to book the appointment and if I couldn't get it (which included them say no) I came to the door. I thought that was too pushy when I was trained that way, but it works well. People tend to think you're just calling them cold, but showing up to the door makes a big difference with some folks.
 
I ran a self-created lead about 18 months ago where I had interest expressed in the product, but when I called back to set the appointment, nobody was there.

I ended up having to drop by and set appointments with all of them in person.

It helps if you have a reason to stop by.

"I was in between appointments."

"I tried calling several times and missed you, and I know you wanted more info on the program, so I figured I could stop in for a 10 minutes to show you how it works."
