I have been with AAA for 10 years and had two claims this year - one sump pump failure and one appliance water leak. I found out today that they are cancelling my homeowners insurance and the agent also recommended that I find a new company for my AAA auto insurance (no claims in 10 years on 5 cars) and my life insurance through AAA since I have them bundled. Seriously??? Will it be difficult to find another company for homeowners insurance since I had two claims in one year - but only two claims in 10 years?

A lot of homeowners insurance carriers have a 1 or 2 claim limit. Yes, 2 claims will make it a bit of a challenge to find decent insurance for your home, though not impossible.
If you mention what State you are in, people here can give you some suggestions on where to look for coverage.
I wouldn't jump to move the autos till you see what package deals are available. It is usually better to keep autos and homes together, but sometimes its not the best move when you have to solve a different problem, such as this, where the home will have a limited selection of carriers available.

Try Allied Insurance they have good rates.
If allied denied. Your best luck might be Farmers insurance
