Celtic F up?

Check this out?
Punter phones a couple a days back. His policy lapsed, etc.
He wanted to "catch up on his payments … mumbled something about his bank info. being stolen …
Total erratic guy.
He was on the books for maybe 8 months previously so ya follow through with a guy like that but you're basically surprised if anything sticks. You might know the type.
I don't know how he got approved previously cause when we submitted a new Celtic app., the M.I.B reveals that this joker had used no less than 18 different medications since 04.01.06. He pdf'ed over a copy of his declination letter.
A scripee. Oh, and his wife was also getting in on the craze; she has used 9 different meds. in 2009.
What a coincidence, some of these were the same as what her hub. was using.
"Ask your doctor about it …"
Wow.

He was an *** for letting his policy lapse. Can't imagine how Celtic let claims for Rx slip through, assuming he & his wife were still using. Somewhere along the line there should have been an audit.

I have copies of every application from my clients. Most of the time, I review the app before it is ever submitted to the carrier electronically. What is your excuse?

Seems to me that you and your client are made for each other.

Pardon?
Peach pit, I agree with you on the point of saving a copy of the client's app. and reviewing with said client, etc.,.
Also, he was and is a drug addicted *** and it was strange that he made it through u/w the first time.
However, a client is going to disclose what they want to disclose. Not that it matters but he applied electronically.
You've never had a client omit medical history to you before?
The fact that he is an addict came out in underwriting if you haven't figured that out yet?
So, why the combative stance? "You and your client are made for each other …?"
Tough week in the peach state?
