Cigna's new comp is 12% and 5%. Plus a bonus schedule which are in addition to comps. No commission on rateups.

To clarify, no ADDITIONAL commission on rateups. Will still pay on base premium

details are in the other thread. It's a member growth based on book of business bonus, not a policy/new member bonus. lapses kill it
