Client Help

Hi All,

Need help on a client..got declined by PHX. Could any of you shine some light on which carrier he could get approved through and at what rate? Thanks!

- 57 year old male
- smoker (1/2 pack a day)
-5'5" 165lbs
- Diabetic since 2012. Taking Metformin once a day
- High BP since 2010. On 4 medications....losartan, amlopidine, hydrochlorothiazide, and metoprolol
- Took Atorvastatin for high cholesterol for a couple months late last year but now off. Doctor prescribed it temporarily since he wasn't too high.

Any suggestions?

Almost anybody. They probably consider that many HBP meds and a water pill as CHF.

Yeah, unless there's something going on that he's not being truthful about. If that's all that's going on with his health...you should have no problems with most carriers.

the CHF might have been flagged. However, most other carriers should take this fellow 1st day.

TA, Trinity, and many more. If you use a non pos carrier like TA, write no history of CHF takes xyz for hypertension. Better to give more info

We get cases through Trinity like that all day long.
