Client Problems.......look in the File!!

Ugh!

That is some gut wrenching stuff.:skeptical:

When I asked BCBS what happened to all the Customer Service and Agent Support employees, their reply was, "They've been reassigned to other departments." Those who were marginal performers were probably condemned to Form-834 purgatory till next Open Enrollment.

According to Dante's Inferno I believe that's where slackers are supposed to go.....jus' sayin....:D

Reading that document the document that YAgents posted confirms beyond a shadow of a doubt that Health Insurers on the Exchanges are now 100% controlled by Health and Human Services puppeteers. Or, as they would say in the Hood, Insurers are HHS's wholly-owned bi_ches.

Yes, I said that 8 months ago the only choice they have is what brand of coffee they buy....and that... will probably change. That still won't stop me from writing the crap out of it though. Ratt N' Roll....

Private Sector Government Employees is what came to mind.

PSGE's is the new wave of the future. I guess agents fall in that category now too

RIGHT! I read last week that HHS/CMS is gearing up to come after agents, assisters, agencies, etc. who are not securing "Protected Health Information" properly. But they're ignoring their own people. A hc.gov employee compromised PHI on 260,000 customers when his non-encrypted hard drive was stolen from his car in Atlanta.
