Clients Receiving Enrollment Confirmations?

How long does it take for a client to receive their confirmation from the insurance carrier? I submitted some applications last week, but client's haven't received anything.

Is anyone else in the same situation?

I think only three of my clients have received confirmation, and none have received their bill.
