CMS Announces Delay in Change to Members’ Subsidies Due to Income Inconsistencies

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that they will not be implementing changes in subsidies due to expiring income inconsistencies for the month of October. Members who have an income inconsistency with CMS will not see a change in their subsidy on Nov. 1, 2014, as they had originally announced. This change has been delayed.

CMS will be providing additional information on expiring income inconsistencies soon.

Of course not. Not 3 days before an election. I felt this was useless anyways as it will all be reconciled come tax time.
