Commercial Building Owners Insurance in CA

I try to get a quote to beat a current policy premium.
This is a commercial building with 10 units renting out to tenants.(Mix of Manufacturing and Storage businesses).
SAIS could not make it.
Could someone suggest a MGA or Wholesale who can provide great Commercial Building (Property & Lessor Risk) Insurance in California?

I just call Caleb. Problem is his company requires a $10,000 premium/yr quota to get appointment, which I do not have now. I just enter Commercial.
Can anybody suggest other GA, wholesale?

... While they are primarily in the Contracting and Tradesmen industry I am told there is a Property&lessors risk program they offer that smokes ! My agency beats out tons of competition with these guys!

Mercury, CIG, Golden Eagle, Travelers, Sequoia and Allied have very good lessees risk rates in CA.
