Commercial Leads to Trade or Sell

Every year we receive a decent amount of exclusive commercial leads. I would be interested in finding an agent who can assist them in NY, NJ, CT, and the surrounding states. We are looking to sell them at a reasonable price or trade them for leads in other states to another agent. They vary across different industries.
