Commercial Property Data for BOP Apps?

Quick question: Does anyone know where to find commercial property data (similar to what you would find on Zillow for residential) for GL and BOP apps for small businesses.

Looking for the basic stuff like square feet, year built, etc. My county assessor does not have it for commercial, and it looks like all the online sites charge for this info.

What do you P&C agents use out there? Any free sites? How do you get this information otherwise, other than calling the owner of the building (I tried and no return calls).

(Situation: Have a partially filled out BOP app for a tenant in a commercial building, and while the tenant knows the sq. feet and details on their space, no idea on the rest of the building)

We use ISO. It is not free though. But very good.

Look at the sketch on the auditors site it will have the sq ft on it of the total building. If you can't find it just type in the street name. with no street number see if you can find it that way. most auditors sites let you see all buildings. Give me the autidtors web address and I will look for you if you want. Also need address. Good luck

Hi Briana...thanks for your help! I'm in Santa Barbara County, California and the auditor's page looks more like an advertisement for the auditor..not much functionality...Auditor Homepage

So I don't think I can get the property data there...
