I received a check of about $3 for the work I did for a client in AZ who purchased a HealthNet plan through hc.gov. Their monthly payment is $100, and they receive a monthly subsidy of $300. After subtracting all the fees from $100, HealthNet pays me $3 which is 4% times $78.

So am I going to get paid for $300 times 4%? if so, who pays this portion and when?

Just called marketplace and they told me they have no record of me being the AOR for this case, does that mean I can forget about getting paid for the subsidized portion of the premium?

What a mess!

I sell in AZ, and sell health net. To get 4%, you must have sold a silver plan (or gold/plat), and I'm sure it was a CSR plan. Gotta love those fees, to the tune of about 5-10% of the premium, that are taken out of the CEP (commission eligible premium). I received 30 pages of commission statement for about 20 clients, absolute nightmare. The HC.gov rep doesn't know what they are talking about, as once the financial app is completed, you nor they, can verify or see who the agent is. If you got paid, you're the agent listed on HC.gov. You will get paid on the additional $300, but will take another month. I just got paid on the APTC portion for my Jan business a couple days ago.

Call me at 928 252 2493 if you want to discuss further.
