Commission Reduction for Phone Enrollment?

I could not get a client's information to work to create a profile on the website so I called in and had a representative assist me completing it over the phone and it was VERY easy. Today I called in and a lady told me that we get a reduced comm if we call in and do the application over the phone.





Has ANYONE heard of this??

They can barely send the plan info, billing and agent info over........why do u think they have ability to send info that reduces commission?

I think their boss just told them that so fewer people would call in....
