I haerd they were releasing commission schedules this weekend and then CMS has 2-6 weeks to approve them. IF that is true then we won't get paid until next year.

I just got the Blue Shield CA information yesterday...not doing this market but they sent it to me anyway:
MA-PD $600 FYC $300 Renewal Yrs 2-6
MA-PD non certified referral program $450 FYC $225 2-6
PDP Only 10% FYC 5% Renewals 2-6 paid on monthly premium as earned
