Competitive DP3 Carrier in CA ???

I am trying to find a carrier that has competitive DP3 rates (compete against Farmers, State Farm DP3 home policies, etc...). We have competitive carriers for comprehensive HO3 already.My independent agency is in orange county, CA.

Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

Safeco can be pretty good for DP3's.

Not sure on the appointment requirements. I don't think they would be a tough carrier to get.

i second the above. Farmer s DP3 suck!! they dont offer personal Injury, wrongful evictions. they also dont have extended replacement cost and most of their policies are under insuring the client. That should be enough to sell the policy. If brush is a problem you can try Fidelity or Travelers.

I have quoted my other carriers for landlord policies and in almost every case Safeco was the best. They are very easy to do business with as well.

Just curious, how many DP-3 policies do you plan on selling? Strangely enough, there is a need for them, but they tend to underserve the client.....

By the time you get them loaded with the needs for the client, its usually cheaper to have the landlord policy.
