I'm honestly not sure either I personally hate HOA business, I feel like California just makes it that much worse, but there are agents who like them! If there's property it can generate some big premium (Assuming the agent has a market that will write it)

If Mark will take it you'd definitely have better luck with him. California carriers seem to hate non-resident agents
