We (the smart, prudent ones) all knew the Democrats were playing with funny money when they threw this boondoggle together.

Now everyone knows.

Interesting how Obama's deficit commission specifically called for one single healthcare budget, in part to stop shifty maneuvers like this from happening. Transparency - a new term that needs to be introduced to Washington.

The only surprise is that it took this long to raid the "savings" from Obamacare to pay for something else. Imagine the surprise once Washington is forced to admit there were no savings to begin with.
