I just submitted an application and it says contingent. How do I find out what to submit?

It's frustrating not having any support.

In your agent dash board, click on Individuals then click on Active.
In the black bar, above names of all clients on the far right you will see Actions.
Scroll down to the client and click on symbol or down ward arrow. This will bring up a new small dialog box, click on Details.
Summary page will pop up with clients name at the top.
Click on View Individual Account.
Click on Eligibility. On this page you should see what doc need to be submitted.
 
So, the only thing showing in yellow is:

"To begin coverage on February 01, 2014, you must choose a health plan by January 15, 2014. Click the "Choose a Health Plan" button to begin."

And, I have chosen a health plan.

Do you think I need to do anything else?

Sounds like you are good to go.
After plan selection and check out, I do e-mail a copy of plan info and date first payment is due to client.
