Hello there. I just joined the forum and would like to introduce myself. I have been in the insurance business for a little over 10 years, most of it spent marketing auto insurance. I decided to venture out on my own and am now selling secure horizons/health insurance.

I'm still trying to figure out the best possible ways to get in front of people due to CMS regs. If anyone out there has any suggestions, I'd love to hear about it. I have both my P&C and Life and Health licenses, but thought I should just focus on one aspect of it to see if I can make it work.

I'm interesting in meeting people within my geographic area and brainstorming on what works best. I'm not here to steal customers...I want all of us to do well!

It is going to be extremely difficult especially starting this late. I believe you only have until the end of next month. What do you plan on selling after that?

Med Supps can be sold year round with no CMS interference if you want to work in the senior market. You can sell them 365 days a year.

I am also new to the forum and running an insurance brokerage out of Greensboro, NC.
We do both P&C as well as health, life and business insurance. To me it makes more sense to cover most insurances as that makes you able service more of your customers needs.
