Lets get a good discussion moving for carriers that will issue day 1 death benefits for specific health issues....I'll Start....Also, be repetitive so we try and get a strong list of all the options.

Also, put your state next to your response since many carriers have different apps in different states. I know there are some secrets out there that many people often forget.

Missouri
5 Star
Diabetes with no insulin use limit - assuming no complications or diagnosis before 40...also very good pricing
Tobacco Use - Chewing tobacco is not considered tobacco use - Keeps price down
Cancer - Only need 2 years free, some carriers ask 3 years

American Continental
Depression / Bipolar - No questions regarding either...also no MIB/rx check
Obesity - No height or weight charts - Very nice benefit

Royal Neighbors -

Monumental -

GPM -

Americo -

United Home Life -

If it is not limited to the cos. listed

Royal Neighbors - Neighbors simplified issue whole life -

RNA has been one of my go-to guys for diabetics. No insulin use prior to age 50, and no treatment for insulin shock and diabetic coma (haven't encountered anyone treated for the later two parts) and they do not have a height/weight profile requirement for it. Only other reqs are minimum age of 50 and issue coverage is between $3k-$25k.

United Home Life is also good for diabetics and bi-polar individuals (under the deluxe SIWL plan), but RNA's rates are usually a bit lower.

@RBHAGENT - maybe you can recreate your summary list above once we get a pretty comprehensive list going

This is definitely not limited, those are just some usual carriers I wanted to start with....I'm going to compile all the data from this post and share the results. I'm hoping for a big response.

Even though they are on the high premium side, Equitable is usually cheaper than UHL Deluxe plan.

United National life only has an 18 month look back for cancer (high premium)..

Got a question about a specific case... kind of fits into this thread too.

COPD diagnosis, no oxyg ever, but just quit smoking June 2012 (7 months ago). Had a cancer diagnosis just over 2 yrs ago, but was cervical CA and caught early.

So Equitable will only issue Legacy 2 due to smoking.
Monumental will not issue due to cancer diagnosis within 4 yrs (best I understand their appl... but not that familiar with their product).

So anyone that would issue immed benefit even if at smoker rates? Currently they have a Globe Term product about to go up and want to ditch it but can't justify a graded product unless they keep both for 2 yrs, which may be the best we can do, not sure. Thanks for any feedback.
