Dental Plan Quote Engine

Quotit has a dental quote engine, but I am not real pleased with it. Who else has one, preferably one that can be customized by carrier?

I had an Insurint demo last week and I recall they have dental quotes. Have you checked them out?

Yeah, I looked at Insurint a few months ago and didn't feel it was for me.

This site had a neat quote engine. Saw something similar on one other site. Can't figure out if this is available stand alone.

Do any of guys use DP Brokers to get any dental sales?

Also, which carriers do you guys usually write your most dental with? Just curious, especially anyone who sells in Florida.

I use DP Brokers...but I just dont see how dental insurance or plans are worth a damn.

I believe SASid has a Dental Quoting tool.

If you are looking at DP Brokers you are most likely looking at 30 plans that are all the same. All of them are straight discounts plans that won't do much for a member past getting a bit of a discount on preventative work.

Assurant Employee Benefits has a really nice plan that works on a DHMO platform that you won't find in any of the quoting engines at this point. It's really the only thing out there that will actually save people some money.

Well, I would have two comments on this.

First, if they built you a link, you own then entire thing. So, if you don't like where the link starts why don't you use what you do like? For example, only link to the application.

There, now it's just an online application. You can put the plan information directly on your website and your clients will call you if they have questions. Problem solved.

Secondly, I have never heard of AEB stealing applications or being shady in their business like you imply they are doing.

You have the link, and all the info. Use it to market the plan and your business as you wish.

Simple stuff right?
