a company that specializes in over the phone sales. I have head good things about this company. Would you suggest this company or another over the phone company?

For phone sales I think they are the best of the best.

Several of the others might be good especially if you are the type that wants the agency to provide free leads and you just sell them at lower commission levels there are other agencies that cater to those agents. Just depends exactly what you are looking for.

From your 1st question, my advice is to don't do that. You should sell for years and learn to be a top performer plus earn high level contracts before you ever consider putting agents under you.

But if you still want to, just ask them at a Digital BGA what the ramp up for that is. If not, I think Ramiz at his phone sales agency has a fast path to that. Talk to both of them and see which looks good for what you want to do.

I agree with you but I don't want to drive to see clients everyday I feel like the phone appriach would be the best fit for me. As far as recruiting goes in the long run a team would be best to make a decent living.
