Direct Mail for Selling FE

I have had good success with direct mail selling FE. Has anyone had success using direct mail for annuities? If so what lead vendors?

Direct Mail for annuities has a much lower success than direct mail for FE. Most annuities are sold through relationships. You can go it the cold way, but it's just much lower. If you're going to direct mail for annuities send the letters/cards to existing clients or COIs.

I would target 70-71 year olds of a certain income bracket who have to take RMD's, and send them rates on SPIA's.

Just what rate does a SPIA have? Every "rate" I have seen is showing an income % based on the premium paid in but a return can not be determined until the client has passed and until the client recieves more income than premium paid they do not have a positive rate of return.

I am honestly asking as most of the sheets showing this stuff is clearly marked for agent view only, at least at my preferred SPIA carriers.
