Do Florida and NY share reciprocity on P&C insurance licenses?

So, I'm BR P&C, Life and Health insurance licensed in NYS and I want to work in Florida in my retirement. I don't want to sell, but serve in some executive level capacity in an insurance agency there. Can I just apply for a Florida license using my NYS credentials, or do I need all of the education, testing, etc in order to get the license(s) in Florida? I plan on holding onto my NYS license. .

I want to say FL & NY are one of those state combos that do not reciprocate with each other. I am not sure if it is on all licenses &/or CE, but I know it is not full reciprocity.
