I think this is new for them. Maybe use that to your advantage when negotiating.

Also, be very careful about the quality of sales. High odds they’ll send you the sloppy seconds, and most of their lead flow (even their best) produces sales that don’t stay on the books long. Slippery people respond to that junk. Go in with eyes wide open so you have the right expectations and a good experience.

100% they give the good fresh leads to loa’s
Were they make the most money .
The speed at which agency’s are building loa models is crazy . I thought about it . A few reasons . Cheap face book and social media leads are plentiful. Up until 3-4 years ago agency’s needed tv leads which are $100 a pop now . Now Facebook leads have call now and are $7-$15 in bulk . Low income people are all online now so they press 5-10 of these a month as it’s super easy or call them . The total override is 2 times a 1099 . If there in office they control everything . And Fmo’s have huge scare from last yr losing overrides . That’s still up in air . If Harris wins its big trouble

In more ways than one ... I spoke to them one other time ... some newby there was saying they would take over my existing book which of course is a deal breaker ... be interesting to see if they call back ...

"Dumbass ..?" Really? You don't know anything about me or the topic I posted. You should have remained out of it. I asked specific questions which you didn't have answers for but you couldn't help yourself in regards to injecting negativity.

It's all up in the air ... what else is new ..? These communist meddlers won't be happy until they control and ruin everything ... look around ..? Nobody wants to work anymore, look what they did with the ACA ..? Those plans are garbage unless you are indigent and have it all paid for you. "Cost sharing and subsidies ..." It's all, as you know, a push by the commies to control healthcare ... right out of the Marxist playbook ... To me, it truly is bizarre ..? Nine years of brainwashing by mainstream who wants a pro war POTUS (which Trump is not) and 1/2 the country buys in ..? It's like when you go to Walmart and you have the generic oatmeal at 1.98 and the Quaker Oats at 2.98 ... Wally world knows that 1/2 the people out here will by based upon media conditioning and the other 1/2 will buy the exact same product at the lower price. It's fricken oatmeal !!! So they put them both on the shelf ... If you say it often enough for long enough 1/2 the people will believe ANYTHING.

You’re not understanding what I’m saying. They haven't locked down deal terms yet. This is new for them. You want specific answers to specific questions that can’t be answered yet with specificity.

The company won’t want to pay you more than about $300 an app. They’ll make their money on overrides and other financial considerations.

They sell mostly MA. All the large call centers are mostly MA sold to mostly low income people.

They pay their W2 phone LOAs a salary plus relatively small commission per app - call it $50. Target total comp is about $65k plus benefits, after chargebacks. Outstanding agents can eek past $100k. The comp plan notoriously changes all the time. That’s your point of reference.

Go negotiate the deal you want.
