El Paso... Anyone?

I'm an agent here in Denver and I have a good friend who is also a client with a single rental property in El Paso. I told him that I'd be just as happy if we found a good local guy to be his agent for this policy, rather than me getting a TX license just to look after a single rental. Currently with State Farm, but he's looking for a good indy guy/gal that can do a good job for him. Any takers?

Unless, you think it is too much trouble to look up the rates and coverages for your one friend, which I get. The licensing process is painstakingly easy : Electronic Non-Resident Licensing
Pay $50 bucks no test no fuss no muss license all over the internet.

That's if your real concern is licensing, if it's the hassle of "even" dealing with your your buddy's one case, among other things, that's another story and I feel 'ya.

He has several properties with me here in CO. I've just never been a fan of getting an out of state license to tend to a single policy. I'll look into things though.
