Eligibility Letter Not Appearing?

Anyone have a situation where when you are on full blown HC.gov enrollment, you click on the eligibility letter green box after it appears, and nothing happens? It always opens or lets you down load so you can read what is required, if anything.

I've done hundreds of these and this never happened before.....yet I am able proceed to enroll in plans, since it thinks I looked at it. In this case the client owes info...but without the letter, you can not provide the bar code, etc. Logged out and back in....different browser....everything says click here to view the eligibility, but nothing. No messages to the client either. No pop up blocker issues either. Worked fine yesterday.

odd. Always something. I am tempted to do a life change and see if it fixes it.

Yes. That is occurring with a man I did through Sherpa. Sherpa says no subsidy, pulling this app through hc.gov says $525 a month in subsidy (have to go through the link I wrote on another person to login), but the button won't work to pull up the letter so I know what is going on.

thanks for sharing....the market place person said all they can do is mail an eligibility letter to the client...else, no suggestions or theories.

Still odd, and I have not used Sherpa since the changeover.

This happened to me on 3 occasions during the last open enrollment. Click on the green "See Your Results" button at HC.gov and nothing at all happened. Each time, I called HealthCare.gov and was told that there were occasional outages in parts of their system and I.T. people were tracking down the source. I guess they never did find it.
