Emerson Reid for ACA contracting

Has anyone had contracts with Emerson Reid before? I am looking at contracting with them for ACA only here in PA. I asked about their release policy and everything is seemingly checking out. Want to put feelers out there in case someone has had personal experience with them.

Some do and some want you to go through a Master Agency or FMO, just depends on the carrier. Some carriers contracting is closed at the moment as well.
