Employee Renewal Meetings

For those of you that are writing mostly group or who want to write group this is a key topic.

A lot of the times a renewal meeting with the employees can increase participation.
If there is a new plan design this a great time to explain the benefits and answer questions. You do this to make you more valuable than the other agent.

This is also a great time to talk about voluntary benefits.
If you have more that 10 people interested it might be time to set up additional plans.

Even with online communications and phone conference it still does not compete with explaining in person.

Agreed ABC. I am doing this now with every renewal. I have partnered with Colonial Life and have found that 80% of groups are offering AFLAC. It's a great way for me to be more involved in the group and a great way to provide another revenue stream.
