Enrollment Platform - Group Benefits

Are there any platforms available that allow you to enroll and terminate employees from multiple carriers all at same time?

For example, if a group has life with UNUM, medical with BCBS, dental with Principal.. Could I input the employee info in one spot and have it feed over to the other carriers without doing sepearate applications for each? Ive seen it for large groups but is there anything for the 2-99 market??

I, too, am looking for this. Something like PineappleHR but for agents working in the under 200 lives space. Most everything I see is like Zenefits.
