Protecting the "stupid" consumer by moving him/her to a lower priced, higher-deductible.OOP plan..with the agent of record jettisoned in the process. I'm sure insurers would love this system of reenrollment... really!
 
It's all bad . . . . .I've had people crying on the phone as they receive their cancellations for old plans and I deliver the "good" news about the expensive new plans that they can't afford . . . . awful.
