We use them from time to time. Nothing but a pain. Need appraisals but they don't always use the value on the appraisal. So you have to take the customers payment, on a quoted price, and then after underwriting the price changes often, so you have to take another payment. It's just frustrating, but their prices are very competitive, so we do still use them as a courtesy to some of our multilined customers.
